I know people respond differently to meds. But I am interested in what works for most. I have restless legs and now insomnia. Can anyone make suggestions for me.
Well, I don't like this medication fr several reasons, but it did help me with my RLS. Talk to your Dr about Tramadol, 50mg. If it helps, try it every other night for 3 weeks. If the Dr's instructions differ, then follow his, not mine. Let me know if yo try this and if it works for you.
Has your Dr. Checked your Iron level? I told my previous Dr. many times about RLS, My arms were going numb as well. He did nothing. When my NEW Dr. found out I had RLS, she ordered an iron level. Which neither of us thought would be low, because my hematocrit was fine. But to our surprise my Iron was 8 !!! and the lowest it should ever go is 25. I started iron pills and my RLS went away!!! My iron is still on the low side of the iron scale... its about 75, but that is sure better than 8 !!! Good luck in finding an acceptable treatment.
