What can I do for restless legs?

How long have you had it? Age? Was it (as far as you can tell) a symptom that began following an illness? What not to do is go for the meds they have, many have their own problems and ugly side-effects. Exercise, especially the leg muscles helped me a lot, also helps with sleep as night time is the worst as you may already know.

I can better respond with more information. I'll keep a lookout.
