I've run out of my Celexa 20 mg, but have some zoloft 25 mg. Can I replace celexa for a few days until I get my celexa refilled.

You should not switch temporarily for a few days. You could go from one SSRI to another if planning to switch to the new med for a course of treatment. I did what you are thinking about but was yelled at by my doc that it can cause probs. It would of been better if you cut the 20 mg Celexa in half to 10 mg. You could double check w/the pharmacist but it didn't work for me.
