My doctor prescribed me .25 mg of klotapin 2× a day. For my anxiety. I'm out of my anti depressants until tomorrow/Monday and I have taken more then perscribed of the klotapin. Is that bad or normal being without my anti depressant.
First, it was an unhealthy decision to take more than what was prescribed of any medication you have. In particular, Klonopin could have put you into respiratory distress - especially if you combined it with alcohol, or a number of other medicines.
As for being out of your antidepressant; all you have to do is call your pharmacist and ask them to send your doctor a request for your refill. It takes them one minute, and your doctor refills your prescription just as fast.
I know you have already met with him by now, but hopefully other people will see this, or you'll remember to send a refill request to the pharmacist next time. Good luck.
