Hi, welcome to the site! Is this a new problem, or have you always suffered this way? You might want to consider making an appointment with your doctor to discuss if you should have a blood test to check your thyroid function. If you have hypothyroidism, you will notice that your energy levels are much lower than usual. Another thing to consider, if you have noticed that you have a low mood along with the lack of energy could be that you are a little depressed? This also presents with symptoms that you have mentioned. Otherwise, the right combination of vitamins &/or supplements could give you the boost you need. Your doctor can also advise you on this...
Hi. There can be many reasons for feeling this way. As suggested, depression is a big part. So can thyroid problems, heart problems, anxiety, lack of exercise, sleep problems, diabetes, obesity, and on and on.
Taking a multiple vitamin and staying away from sugar can help. Eating wholesome foods will help, leaving fast foods behind. But mostly I encourage you to see a doctor and have a full physical. Be sure to bring a list of all that you are experiencing so the doctor will have a clear picture of you. I am 22 years old.I am from Delhi... I would like to inform that I cannot see the blood..when I see the blood I felt down..I scare to tell anyone of my this problem.. it is happing with me... when i am watching horror movies like these movies (evil dead wrong turns etc) when I see the real blood I also felt down. Could you please give some suggestion to help me out this problem..
