Does the usage of Remicade (male patient) affect one's ability to have children?
Hi susancr, I have been on Remicade for many years (not now) and read everything I could find on it, since it was originally meant for bone diseases. I found nothing that indicated any problem with fertility, either female or male. Of course we all react to drugs in possibly different ways, but I really couldn't find a negative in that area. I was concerned about that when I 1st started taking the infusions and read everything I could find on Remicade. It worked for me about 8 months, then just stopped. But I did have 8 months with out major flare, now I am back to I am lucky if I can go 8 weeks, as I am chronic patient, sick more days than not. Good luck, be well as can be...
