I was wondering if the severe hunger from Remeron could in theory be countered by Topamax at dosages of 30-45 mg of Remeron and 200 mg of Topamax?
Yes, Howie, it can be. One of topamax's uses is as an appetite suppressant. The doses you mention may work, but they could also vary since each person is different and you could also get used to a certain dose and eventually need an increase in, say, the topamax, to do the same job of suppressing your appetite after awhile of being on it.
