I have stomachaches and I don't want to eat but I don't care if I get sent to the hospital and put tubes in me .
The doctors would be concerned with dehydration and electrolytes. It's likely you would first get an IV and of course blood work to look at your levels, see if your body is fighting infection by doing a CBC.
If you haven't eaten for a month or longer and they tested your blood, hydrated you with IV and found no answers or cause for your cramps then I think they would try food... tube or mouth.
