... hand after surgery. It has spread to my left leg and foot and my right foot. I now have horrible bone pain everywhere several days of the week. Is this normal? It feels like terrible body flu kind of. So debilitating!

When you were diagnosed with RSD 2 years ago, what did they tell you about the syndrome?
Was any medication ordered?
How badly is this affecting your lifestyle?
It's a difficult syndrome to diagnose because its symptoms based. There are no specific tests that can be done.
Gabapentin is usually the first drug of choice because it's neurologically related.
The sooner you get treatment the better the prognosis.
I developed it after having a routine blood test. She used poor technique and hit my nerve.
I'd recommend you keep a diary.
It's important to keep a log on new symptoms, response to meds, etc.
You can't depend on your memory because of some of these meds.
Get a good support system.
If you can find a group nearby it would be good. It's difficult for your loved ones to listen and lend support without feeling helpless.
Another FYI ... Don't wait for next appointment in a few months if med is not working to make a change.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease!
You are losing time with needless pain and suffering.
Be prepared to have difficulty finding the right dose that is why I'm saying don't wait.
Two months can seem like two years when in pain.
