... how everyone deals with taking a shower ( daily) or less when just the lightest drops of water anywhere on the right side of my body makes me want to scream. Then of course, wearing clothing is another issue. Any tips are greatly appreciate
Some people find bathing less painful, but it all hurts like hell! Honestly I take my meds, I might take an extra pill if I HAVE to. Then I wait till a bit of a pain decrease. Also a bunch of Voltaire cream or lidocain cream could help.
Shave before you get in. Do everything you can do before getting in the shower. I also you a hand held so the water doesn't constantly hit me. Shampoo wash, then use the hand held to rinse. Use low presssure for painful areas.
