There are very low calorie beers out now. There are no nutrition charts to show their carbohydrate content. Are these beers bad for you? Low calorie equates low alcohol, doesn't it? How can I find out if these beers are ok for someone trying to lose weight or should they be cut out along with all alcohol?
Reduced calorie does not equal reduced alcohol content. In my opinion if you are trying to lose weight why waste calories on alcoholic beverages at all. I prefer to use my calories on foods that contain vitamins and minerals and protein than on beverages with no nutritional value.
