Recently had a blood transfusion (2 units) along with pemetrexed infusion for stage 4 mesothelioma. Blood pressure went high (180+/80) but that seems to have settled down now. Heart rate is still 100-110 bpm. Anything we can do to get the heart rate down some more or is waiting for everything to settle down after the trauma of chemotherapy/transfusion the best policy. The chemo/xfusion was three days ago.
