the patient take morphine for pain and perfalgan and cefotaxime and vancomycin and ranitidine

But if you are asking about a sickle cell crisis, too many sickle cells are blocking blood flow to vital organs causing excruciating pain. If an infection is apparent, it needs to be treated. The best treatment for sickle cell disease is to drink plenty of fluid, breathe lots of good air, get rest and take pain meds as needed. If a crisis occurs, hospitalization may be and is usually indicated. One can only treat the symptoms as there is no cure. There is no magical pill.
