- coumadin, tylenol, deep vein thrombosis - first event, dosage, blood disorders, blood clot
And on 75mg of coumadin 2 times a day?
They say for your liver not to exceed 4k a day, but many now say it's half that. As for your condition you should get the answer from your Dr. Hope this helps.
Hi, Tylenol has been reported to be safe, if the dose taken doesn't exceed 1000mg in a 4 hour period, and 4000mg in a 24 hour period, for adults. It is never recommended to exceed this dose no matter what the reason for use is.
This is a question to ask the Dr who prescribes the coumadin. Acetaminophen is the best bet for pain while on coumadin but it can still affect your INRs and this person is on a high dose of coumadin!! Is he on 7.5 or 75? I have never seen anyone on 75 mg of coumadin!!
