i am on SSDI and medicare does not pay for prempro. use to but stopped. i need help with this medication. i also get extra help from tenncare. thank you so very much for your help.
That's funny, my medicare d pays for it. You have to learn their game tho, there are other meds that are the same drug. I would call your medicare D carrier and find out what kind they would pay for. Mine would have a $35 co pay so it would still be prohibitive for me. You could also contact tenn care and talk to them about it. Then there is the option of getting your doc to write a letter to your medicare d carrier asking them to cover it. It is made by pfizer, and they have a help line. If you go to this website you can so what they offer. www.pfizerhelpfulanswers.com/pages/misc/Default.aspx
