... Tylenol with this drug? Also, I'm a big coffee drinker has anyone had any reactions with coffee and Zoloft?
You are fine with drinking coffee, Just make sure it is in moderation, Tylenol is ok...
Advil is completely safe to take. Headaches are a common startup side-effect along with many others. During this time of finding the right level of medication to take you may need to take other medications just until the Zoloft starts working. I started to feel better after about a month but it really took about 4 months to do the job properly. Trust me, once it's working you will have no worries about taking an advil or worrying yourself unnecessarily. The difference it's made to my life is virtually unexplainable. I hope you give it a chance to do the same for you. It takes time and strength and also courage to be flexible and prepared to increase the dose (particularly if you suffer from anxiety). It is also important to note that Zoloft works a higher pathway to other drugs so once it's working you will only feel like a happier and more content version of yourself.
