Klonopin is a benzodiazepine and most likely, yes, they tested for benzodiazepines however, what will happen is the medical officer from the lab will call you and let you know that your urine was positive for the drug and they will ask if it is prescribed. You will say yes, it is, and they will either ask for your Drs phone number so they can confirm it is prescribed or they may ask for your pharmacy and your last prescription number so they can confirm with the pharmacist. Once it is confirmed as a prescribed drug, it is then reported as a negative result (unless you work somewhere like DOT where you are not allowed to use any drugs that can alter your perceptions and ability to drive or operate heavy machinery)
