Compounded drugs are made at the compounding pharmacy so they could look different. I'm not sure why they compounded them since already manufactured ones are available. Usually the manufactured ones are light blue to almost white/blue and I have seen them in white but not dark blue but I would guess by compounding them they could look many different ways depending on what ingredients they use. Oxycodone is white chrystalline powder by itself.
