There is no such thing as thin blood. The consistancy doesn't change, even with so called "blood thinners". Ones ability to absorb it can change, making less of the med available. You could have been put on another med, or just had age related changes that would do this. The doctor should do a blood level for it, to see if its in the range to help you.
