My doctor informed me that the hep B had been cured by my immune system . But now I've been reading that Harvoni is causing a relapse of hep B . I've been living with hep C since 1988 ,tattooing . Only consumed alcohol for maybe 9 months after becoming infected . Had hep B early 70's I.V. drug abuse . I have no cirrhosis , my enzymes fluctuate and i take a nap in the afternoon. I'm in my mid 60's . Is it worth the risk , hep B was BAD
In my opinion that's something that you need to talk to your gastroenterologist as soon as you can he can weigh the pros and cons and give you an educated guess where is myself and others really don't have the information or the knowledge to give you an accurate answer and you don't want to depend on could be and maybes at this time in your life my guess would be it would be alright but I'm not a doctor please talk to your gastroenterologist as soon as you can good luck and God bless.
