i always eating red bean while i have diabetes 2 can you tell me good for my sugar or not?
Generally food stuffs containing sugars in moderate quantities when eaten are acceptable, such as the likes of beans, mangoes etc. me too 'am diabetic and eat food in moderate quantities which contain sucrose or in other words which have sugar contents.
Take care, & as suggested do read the lables to know the accuracy of sugary contents in the beans.
