What did the doctor say when he/she gave you the pathology report? Why was your blood tested in the first place? I don't know what ADT stands for either?
If your Albumin is high, your total protein will be high as a matter of course normally. The protein number is just Albumin and Globulin added together. If your blood count is low you may just be anaemic, an issue with your spleen is unlikely. Likewise your Liver is fine also or you would have lowered albumin
