... everything but finally it was will-power with the patch that did it. I still have cravings but deal with those one at a time. I find I'm very irritable and have no energy or desire to do anything. My work is seasonal so I'm slow right now and I could sit/lay around all day, I don't but I could. Any suggestions?
I went thru the same issues when I quit 6yrs ago. The patch did"nt work for me so I started using the 4mg nicotine lozenges it takes a while for them to dissolve in your mouth so that's a plus, keeps your mind somewhat occupied. You can also use several of them a day. It took me about 3 months before I was able to stop using them but they did work I'm still smoke free today. Give them a try and I wish you all the best it"s a tough habit to kick.
