I want to quite smoking and I need help
I really hate to sound like a bragger. I just quit after 50 yrs of smoking. I went on Wellbutrin it helped me. Plus I just got disgusted with it. I said no. This is it no more. I never wanted to stop before. I think that's what made the difference. I miss it when I ha d my coffee in the morning.
I also quit smoking after 50 plus years, I had tried both Zyban and chantx, just to many side effects for me couldn't handle either one so I got the nicotine patches and the gum then quit and with determination not to smoke again I stopped 8 months ago and although I miss it sometimes I don't miss it enough to start again. You just got to want to do it and no excuses, in the past I kept listening to people that said it was hard and never really tried. So when I told myself no more and meant it, it was a little bumpy every so often for the first week, but after that it was pretty easy. But you got to want it, if you want it I doubt that you will have problems quitting. Go for it!!!
