After an initial exposure to chlamydia how quickly can it be passed from one person to the next. Is there an incubation window before you can pass the infection? Or are you immediately contagious?
From my understanding, it is immediate as it is bacterial (bacteria can proliferate alarmingly quickly). The problem is that it has virtually no instant obvious symptoms so a person cannot really tell if they are infected (1 in 120 Americans will contract it within the next year - in the younger demographic. source: drugs.com).
