Just a quick question; for birth control, is the 99.9% protection rate based on having sex and a man ejaculating inside you or is it with the pullout method or what? Just curious :) thank you
I think that number is >99% only, (not 99.9%) and it is based on a man ejaculating inside you.
You can rest assured that the thought of a man pulling out wasn't even a thought because that is not a means of birth control.
