I'm desperate for help with my depression, but feel I'll get more depressed if I put on any more weight.
Currently on 450mg of XR, and put on about 10lbs from it. I work a physical job and hit the gym 2-3 days a week as well (which added another 10lbs). So even though I gained 20lbs in the last 2 years, I'm actually better off. Psychiatrist asked if I had lost weight 2 weeks ago.
I try to have granola bars, protein bars, and fresh fruit on hand for snacking. Keeps me from eating EVERYTHING within reach.
