My stenosis cndition is located in the very lowest position of my spine. The condition has been brought about in my formative years due to heavy lifting.

Hello Shofar1, Stenosis is such a painful medical condition! I too, suffer from it and it is getting to the point where I don't know how to cope any longer with the pain. I scheduled an appointment with a pain specialist to see what other options I might have besides steroid injections (which I can't tolerate). My mother and sister also have stenosis... so mine must be genetic. I have it in my cervical & lower lumbar spine. Do you take medication to ease the pain? What is Simponi... is that an injection?
Take care & feel better!
