My friend took an iron supplement, 4 advils, 2 regular tylenols, and 1 extra strength Tylenol. Should I be concerned?
It's no where near an overdose amount, but a lot taken all at once. The maximum dosage recommended by the FDA is, Advil (ibuprofen) up to 3200 mg per day for teenagers and adults and Tylenol (acetaminophen) up to 4000 mg per day for teenagers and adults. She'll probably feel pretty queasy with a sore stomach for having it all in one go. Watch out for signs of bleeding as it will cause irritation of the GI tract.
