Hi,,, I am a 47 year old healthy white male. I was prescribed a 10 day corticosteroid prescription for a sudden hearing loss issue. The dosage was 60mg day x 5 days,,40mg day X 3,,, 20mg day x2. I went to see ENT after ending the course with no improvement of hearing. He refilled the prescription and said I can try it again... Is this safe? I started and on day two,but have concerns about long term damage I could be doing to adrenal function. I am being paranoid? too concerned? Thank You-Darrell
