I totally agree with Kaismama. Only your OB and primary care Drs can decide this. Sometimes medications are continued in pregnancy if the risk to the mother without the drugs is greater than the risks to the developing baby with them. Only your Drs can determine this. They may decide to keep you on your current medication or they may try switching you to something else. You need to have this conversation with your OB as soon as possible. The first few months are the most critical as the baby is developing all his/her organs, body parts and central nervous system (brain and spinal cord).
U should definitely talk to your Dr b4 getting pregnant. I was on clonazapam 4 anxiety & found out I was pregnant a couple weeks after I missed my period. I went strait to my Dr & she yanked me from it bcs it is a pregnancy D status. She gave me another type that was a B & said if my anxiety was horrible I could take the clonazapam only if I was n horrible anxiety. Yesterday I met w/ the high risk Dr bcs of other things & got teamed bcs I was taking it b4 I knew... they made me feel like I was a horrible person etc. It was awful. :(
