my father has had chest pain for more than one day. He had it today and a few days ago. Yes, he is a smoker and had this a year ago from pneumonia ( fluid on lungs) . What Should We Do ? Can He Take Medicine ?
Whenever heart attack is suspected, call an ambulance and the patient should take 4 chewable baby aspirin immediately. They can dissolve under the tongue if chewing is difficult. Before a deadly heart attack or stroke, some people have warning signs a week or days before. Please get him there now. This is not to be waited upon. If he isn't coughing you have very little time. If he has a high fever, his risk is even higher for serious problems. Ambulance,ok?
