This is a white pill about 1/4 inch in diameter. One side has two arrows pointing at each other above a horizontal line. Below the line is the number 10. The other side has the number 5857. I am sure this pill comes from the U.S.
What is this pill - with '10 5857' imprint?

Your pill is Escitalopram Oxalate 10 mg, a generic version of the antidepressant Lexapro.
The imprint actually reads 5851, and the 1 looks a lot like a 7.
