What is this pill - with 'M on one side 4 on the other' imprint?

Pill imprint M 4 has been identified as Hydromorphone hydrochloride 4 mg.

It is Hydromorphone 4mg. ... the brand name for this would be Daladid. (I think I spelled that right..) but basically it is an Opiate. It is a narcotic pain killer and it is highly addictive. I hope this helps.
