What can be used on scavies?

You should see a dermatologist. There are medications and creams that can be prescribed. There isn't anything over the counter.

I'm allergic to the creams & lotions they have out, so I used 'natural remedies'. My son came home with them only we didn't know what it was at the time. The ER doctor gave him the lotion to use for 12 hours, wash it off then put it back on for another 12 hours, it never worked. Then I got them, & after loads of searching the Internet I found many ideas, but in the end I used shampoo with Tree Tea oil & took baths with Coconut milk. Sons' cleared a little as he was at swimming pool a lot, but I still had him use what I did,
