Each pink, round, biconvex, film-coated tablet with "RSV 10" debossed on one side, contains 10 mg rosuvastatin (as rosuvastatin calcium). Nonmedicinal ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, hypromellose, lactose anhydrous, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium stearyl fumarate, talc, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide red, and ferric oxide yellow.
Brand name: Crestor
Crestor ( rosuvastatin) is used in the treatment of high cholesterol; atherosclerosis; high cholesterol, familial homozygous; high cholesterol, familial heterozygous; hyperlipoproteinemia (and more), and belongs to the drug class statins.
