Size of a nickel, imprint one side, RP one top, 103 at the bottom, light yellow in color
I wonder Nanimal if you were looking at the drug which was called "RP103" when it was in clinical trials? The RP stood for Raptor Pharmaceuticals. It has since been approved as Procysbi (cysteamine bitartrate) for the treatment of nephropathic cystinosis.
There is a pill imprinted RP 103, light yellow in color (possibly other colors available too) described on some of the other boards as an antacid pill - calcium carbonate 1000 mg - a generic version of Tums Ultra Strength. Sorry - there doesn't appear to be much info on this pill on the internet so can't provide anything to confirm this info.
