I need to lose weight. So I saw a my dietitian today, and this is the third time. But I've been the same weight for several months and this is starting to concern me. Here's what I've done and what I'm doing now:

*Cutting out soda and coffee
* Stopped eating friend, greasy foods
*Cut out snacks
*Drinking three 8 oz bottles of water daily
*Trying to increase my physical activity

What else do I need to do?
