Hey. So here is a small background before I give you the results. Im 25, 4 kids. tubes tied for 2 years. No period since Dec 2013. VERY MINIMAL spotting since Dec 2013. Pain in lower right abdomen ( in the past it was with ovulation )

*RADIOLOGY REPORT* Transabdominal and transvaginal pelvic ultrasound History: Pelvic pain and amenorrhea Technique: Study was performed transabdominally to optimize pelvic field of view evaluation and transvaginally to optimize internal visceral architectural evaluation. Findings uterus measures 6.6 x 4.2 x 5.1 cm in size. There is no intrauterine mass. Uterus is anteverted. Endometrium is prominent measuring 17 mm in thickness. The contour of the endometrium is smooth. There are several tiny Nabothian cysts arising from the cervix. Right ovary measures 4.0 x 2.3 x 2.7 cm in size. Left ovary measures 3.6 x 2.1 x 1.6 cm in size. There is no extrauterine pelvic or adnexal mass. There is no free pelvic fluid. Conclusion: Endometrium is mildly prominent with smooth contour. Significance of this finding is uncertain. Study otherwise unremarkable except for tiny cervical Nabothian cysts.
