Hello,

You do not give much detail, shape, size & color, I searched for your imprint but came up emty handed, the closest imprint was HCQS, but there is no image of it only the description which is white, elliptical/oval, 14mm.

And it is :

Pill imprint HCQS has been identified as Hydroxychloroquine sulfate 200 mg.

Hydroxychloroquine is used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis; systemic lupus erythematosus; malaria prevention; sjogren's syndrome; malaria (and more), and belongs to the drug classes antimalarial quinolines, antirheumatics. FDA has not classified the drug for risk during pregnancy.

Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

If it is not the pill , take it to your local pharmacy, perhaps the Chemist will be able to ID it.

Take care,
