I have many fractures in my lower back, I have osteoporosis, and arthritis in my hips
I use a walker and take tramadol 100mg twice a day.
I do not tell friends anything about this?

Hello Signe:
I am sorry to learn of your condition. I know that must be very painful for you. Physical pain can take an emotional toll. And I think it is important to be able to discuss how your illness impacts your feelings with a few trusted friends or associates. It takes a great deal of courage and strength to be able to meet life on life's term when one suffers the way that you do. Tramadol is not a panacea for what you are going thru. There is no shame in you taking a medication that can give you a modicum of relief.
It is very helpful to understand that you are not alone in dealing with this. You can be inspired by others and you can inspire others through the story of your journey through your physical condition. Don't know where you are but maybe there is even a support group near you where. Very good to bring this to community as you have done today - rather than to go through this alone in isolation.
God bless you and all the best. Take care for now.
I'm not sure if you're asking a question, and if so, what it is? If you use a walker I'm sure your friends must know you have physical problem(s).
