Pill imprint E 140 has been identified as Etodolac 400 mg.

Etodolac is used in the treatment of pain; osteoarthritis; rheumatoid arthritis; juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.

Etodolac 400 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

But if is not prescribed for you, which i strongly suspect since you don't seem to know the name, you should nit be taking it.
