The pill is a blue and white capsule. It simply reads "APO" on the blue end and "25" on the white end. I'm in Canada.
What is this pill - with 'APO 25' imprint?

I found it in my daughter's bedroom. She's only three so I'm pretty confused and nervous and I have no idea where it came from or what it is.
