I found a tiny white round pill scored with an A on top a line and then a 146 on the bottom the other side of the pill is blank. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and what it does I can't find anything on this pill. Thank you for your help!
Here is a possible match for a pill with imprint A146:
Pill imprint A146 has been identified as Digoxin 250 mcg (0.25 mg). Digoxin is a very common drug used to treat heart failure.
Sorry can't find an image for you to confirm, but most generic forms of digoxin are about 7mm in diameter if that is any help.
