It is a yellow pill and is round and has s 127 on it and is scored on the back side of it,I am not able to find any results. the s is on top and underneath it is 127.
Pill imprint S 127 has been identified as Sertraline hydrochloride 100 mg, which is a generic version of Zoloft which is mainly used for depression.
There is no image at https://www.drugs.com/imprints/s-127-19522.html, but the description from the prescribing information matches up:
The 100 mg tablets are yellow film-coated, round, tablets debossed with S over 127 on one side of the tablet and scored on the other side.
