I have a new diagnosis of PG. Lots of questions. Once you have a lesion will I keep getting them? My docs don't know much but think I also have Sarcoidosis. Another rare autoimmune. Anybody got advice?
I am going to send you a link to a site with info on PG. I hope it is not password protected and you are able to get it. Let me know if you are unable to open and I will try to find something else for you.
I was told once you have it you will ALWAYS be suceptable to flareups. I was diagnosed in Jan & I'm on my 4th flareup. I will be starting the remicade because I also have ulcerative colitis & that is why I have the PG.
unfortunaly, yes. I've had this condition since I was 16 in 1974. I have had many episodes though out my life. It's painful, but you can make it. This is the first time I've met anyone else with the same condition. your not alone
