When I thought I had started my period, I put on the patch. It was a false start and ended up starting my period 2.5 days later, which means I put on the patch 2.5 days too early. How will the affect the effectiveness of the patch? I know the first day option allows you to not have to use non-hormonal birth control while using the Sunday start, makes you have to use non-hormonal birth control for the first 7 days
Starting your patch 2.5 days early should not have any effect other than you might start your period early.
