who do i need to contact to get a replacement?
I use Symbicort 160/4.5 inhaler, 2 puffs in the morning. My counter goes down only "1" for each puff. I use it inserted into a plastic "OptiChamber" tube for maximum benefit. I got mine from my local hospital when I went in for COPD evaluation. I think your doctor can write a Rx for one.
Could your inhaler be defective?
You should be able to replace it where you purchased it - was it your pharmacy? (Bring Rx literature and receipt if you still have it)
Hope this helps,
