The pt would use latanoprost in the OS and alphagan in the OD. From my understanding the glaucoma is more advanced in the OS. Why would pt be putting one drop in one eye and a diff drop in the other? Is it b/c the glaucoma is more advanced in the OS? Is latanaprost stronger than alphagan?
