Your arguments show that your dr has not learned yet about this. Anti depressants take 4-6 weeks to reach peak effect. Until that time you are not going to have much help from them. The dr has to give you something like xanax during that time. Yes they cause anxiety in the beginning, but the long term effect is worth sticking to one long enough for it to work. You can't keep switching them.
Hi i'm glad your doctor has added the Clonazepam, this will help settle your anxiety. You should settle with the Prozac once you have been taking it for around 4 weeks, give or take... during this time you will experience some induction side effects, such as the tiredness you have mentioned. This will subside when you get used to the medication. How are you doing right now?
